Pathologists’ Assistant – Travel Position 
Location: Ohio
Job Type: 13-Week Travel Assignment - Day Shift

$1000 Sign-On Bonus

• 13-Week Assignment - All Travel Paid
• Airbnb provided
• Specimen types include biopsies, medium, large, and complex. No autopsies. NO frozenS.
• ASCP Required

• Paid Holidays if the lab is closed and you are supposed to be on the clock!!

Responsibilities

• Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
• Assist with autopsies as needed
• Accurately document and track specimens
• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital regulations
• Collaborate with pathologists, histotechnologists, and lab staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program
• PA(ASCP) certification required
• One or more years of experience in a high-volume pathology lab preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
