Nicklas Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced histotechnologist for a permanent position at a well-established laboratory in Washington State. Responsibilities

• Perform tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate diagnoses
• Adhere to CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards
• Work closely with pathologists and laboratory staff to support patient care

Qualifications

• ASCP certification (HT or HTL) required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Histotechnology, Biology, or a related field
• One or more years of experience in a clinical histology lab preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
