Nicklas Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced pathologists’ assistant for a permanent position at a well-established laboratory in Oklahoma. Responsibilities

• Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
• Assist with autopsies as needed
• Accurately document and track specimens
• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital regulations
• Work collaboratively with pathologists, histotechnologists, and other lab staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program
• ASCP PA(ASCP) certification required
• One or more years of experience in a high-volume pathology lab preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
