Position Overview:

As a Pathologists’ Assistant, you will work closely with pathologists and laboratory staff to gross and process specimens, ensuring high-quality patient diagnostics. You’ll be part of a collaborative and cutting-edge environment dedicated to excellence in pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
• Assist with autopsies (as required)
• Ensure accurate documentation and specimen tracking
• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital regulations
• Collaborate with pathologists, histotechnologists, and lab staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program
• ASCP PA(ASCP) certification required
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume pathology lab preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
