Nicklas Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced cytotechnologist for a temporary position at a well-established laboratory in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic lab environment while making a meaningful impact in patient diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens
• Identify and report abnormal cellular changes
• Assist with fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures as needed
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality control procedures

Qualifications

• ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology or a related field
• One or more years of experience in a clinical cytology lab preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
